Existing basements are mostly overlooked, damp storage areas. However they can be transformed into habitable, inspiring spaces that add considerable value to a property. Any well designed basement cavity membrane system will include a pump system as a means to discharge the captured water. It is standard that to fulfill any guarantee terms, these pumps should be regularly serviced. Every job requires its own design and specification. In most new build basements it is possible to access the exposed deck. When this is the case we will fully waterproof the area to form a primary waterproof barrier that prevents water entering the structure.
